Bruce specializes in income tax, income tax planning, and auditing
governmental and other not-for-profit organizations.
In addition to his accounting and auditing expertise, he is a valued
business advisor to non-profit agencies and commercial corporations on
all financial and accounting matters. He has performed numerous consulting
engagements assisting clients to run more efficient financial operations, increase
profitability and provide solutions for complex business situations.
Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
and a reviewer for the Peer Review Program of the AICPA for 15 years. He is a member
of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) Review Acceptance Board (RAB).
He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance in 1979 from Babson College and a Masters
in Taxation from Bentley College in 1987. Prior to founding his own firm, Bruce
worked as a served as Senior Manager with Peat Marwick in Boston, MA.
Bruce grew up in the town of Sudbury, and currently lives in Framingham with his wife,
Janet, and their three children. Bruce played high school and college baseball and
remains a committed Red Sox follower.
